Good speakers / microphone - bad construction and quality

I bought these headphones last year Around august (so it's been a year since I bought them) and my experience with these has been mixed.

The package includes a USB sound card from logitech which is 'meh' quality at best - you're probably better off getting a 3rd party sound card if you can. The "7.1 surround" technology is actually the software based and not true 7.1 surround (there are only two speakers). The quality of the 7.1 surround isn't anything amazing - I mostly used the headphones with it turned off.

The good things about this is the really comfortable design - the large square foam is firm and comfortable, I didn't feel any heat or irritation with these headphones when wearing them for 8-10 hours at a time. The speakers are pretty good when you put them on to a good sound card, they have a good balance of sound and aren't stupidly bass boosted like some of the chinese gaming headsets on the market these days. The microphone was amazing - probably the best part of these headphones - really really clear, almost sounds like a condenser microphone and has hardware noise suppression so even if you have a fan or something running in the background the mic quality doesn't degrade.

The really bad things are the build quality - the plastic body feels really flimsy, I've seen better headsets for 3 thousand rupees from Redragon. The ear cups are rotatable 90 degress but the joint seems really really flimsy - there is a metal part that goes through the joint but the actual joint is made of plastic so it's basically useless.

I bought these last year in August and only got 7 months of use out of them, they broke in the March of this year. The plastic piece at the rotating joint broke on the right ear cup which also has the wire going through it, I tried fixing it, but at the end I just sort of accepted the loss and threw them away.

Wouldn't buy again.

Fine material but its USB audio adapter not working properly win10

I ordered this product along with another Logitech mouse in evening and next day before afternoon my product is at home. Very fast delivery props to Czone.

Product: It is nice gaming headset with fine material and comfortable as well but Its USB audio adapter not working properly with windows 10. While using USB adapter sound is buggy and Logitech software not saving profiles. Its looks unstable. Without USB adapter headset working fine but then I cant use its features. I will contact Logitech support for this issue and update here.
