Not bad!
The grip is a bit wide for 18 cm x 9.5 cm hands if you're claw-gripping but after a while I got used to using it with a relaxed palm grip and it works nicely (had to change my grip entirely).

If you've been used to ambidextrous mice and are coming to an ergonomic one such as this, you WILL ruin your aim, because it's so hard to get used to the grip at first, and it feels really awkward.

The grip indents and the weight feel amazing though. When I go from other heavier mice such as my Logitech G102 to this one, I really can feel how light it is and how much of an impact that makes.

I'd give it an 8/10. This mouse is made for comfort and if your hands are the right size, it is comfortable enough.
I would recommend this to a friend!
